I. Introduction to LitBuy
LitBuy is a professional Chinese shopping agency and cross-border logistics service provider (founded in 2025) that offers global consumers shopping services from Chinese e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, 1688, Vipshop (Weidian), Xiaohongshu, and JD.com. II. Complete Shopping Process (4 Steps)
Step 1 — Submit Product Link
On the LitBuy homepage or the “Submit Link” page, paste the link to the product you wish to purchase (we support platforms such as Taobao, 1688, JD.com, Xiaohongshu, Pinduoduo, etc.), fill in the product specifications (color, size, quantity), and submit your order.
If the product price is unknown, you may first enter a placeholder payment of 1 RMB (or equivalent in foreign currency). Once our procurement specialist confirms the actual price, you will be asked to pay the difference.
You can also initiate a “Manual Purchase” request by uploading images or providing a text description, and the LitBuy team will assist in locating the product.
Procurement hours are 09:00–18:00 Beijing Time (UTC+8). Orders submitted during this period will be processed on the same day.
Step 2 — Pay for the Items
After confirming the quote, make the first payment (item cost + domestic shipping).
The following payment methods are supported:
Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer): Foreign currency transfers are accepted; LitBuy will convert the amount to RMB at the exchange rate on the day of transfer. Funds typically take 2–3 business days to clear. A maximum of 5 transfers per account per day is allowed, with each transfer amounting to at least 20 CNY.
PayPal: Supports multiple currencies; non-USD payments will be automatically converted by PayPal. Please note that the PayPal eCheck option involves a 3–7 day processing delay.
To avoid exchange rate losses, we recommend transferring funds in the same currency as the payment destination.
After payment is received, the LitBuy team will place an order on the corresponding platform and have the goods shipped to the LitBuy warehouse in China.
Step 3 — Quality Control (QC) and Free Storage
Once the goods arrive at the warehouse, LitBuy provides free quality control services:

✓ 90-day free storage period

Items left unprocessed for over 90 days will incur storage fees and will be treated as abandoned after 30 days past the deadline.

Step 4 — International Shipping and Final Payment
Select the items you wish to ship under “User Center → My Warehouse,” consolidate packages, and submit an international shipping request. The process is as follows:
Select Shipping Route — Choose the appropriate shipping option based on destination country/region, delivery time requirements, and budget (Economy/Standard/Express; supports over 100 routes including DHL, FedEx, EMS, and dedicated lines).

Priority Packing
Extra Reinforcement/Shock-Proof Packaging
Pay International Shipping Fees — Charged based on actual weight or volumetric weight (Length × Width × Height ÷ Volume Factor), whichever is greater. Any overpayment will be refunded to your account balance.
Track Shipment — After shipment, you can view tracking information in “My Packages” until the package reaches its destination.

IV. Account and Fund Management
Deposits: You can fund your account via bank transfer or PayPal; LitBuy processes deposits in Chinese Yuan (CNY).
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are supported to PayPal or bank cards. We recommend using PayPal (faster processing and lower fees).
Please note: The minimum withdrawal amount for CNY transactions is subject to the platform’s latest regulations.
We do not recommend using PayPal accounts or bank cards registered in mainland China for withdrawals.
Exchange Rates: When transferring foreign currency, the platform’s exchange rate on the day of the transaction applies. We recommend selecting an appropriate currency to minimize exchange rate losses.
V. Important Notes
Platform Disclaimer: As a purchasing agent, LitBuy cannot guarantee the quality, authenticity, or seller’s credibility of products. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the associated risks.
Service Fee Policy: If a purchasing agent has completed the purchase but the buyer decides not to proceed, the service fee will not be refunded.
Storage Overdue: Storage fees will apply after 90 days. Items left unclaimed for 30 consecutive days will be considered abandoned.
Returns and Refunds: Refunds will be credited to your account balance after deducting domestic shipping costs and payment gateway fees.
Shipping Calculation: International shipping fees are calculated based on the greater of the actual weight or volumetric weight. We recommend submitting a package simulation to obtain an accurate cost estimate.
